Q: Do I need a prescription before I order?
A: To order simply fill out the secure medical history questionnaire and one of our partner health network's independent physicians will review your medical information and write you a prescription.

This determination is based on the information you provide and a prescription is issued solely at a physician's own discretion. If the physician denies your request for medication your order will be canceled and you will not be charged anything.

If you have not had Fioricet prescribed to you before and/or have not taken it the past for a previously diagnosed condition, or if you are not sure Fioricet is right for you it is a violation of our Terms to place an order. If any of the above apply to you do not submit a medication request through EZFioricet.com, speak to a local physician instead.

Q: Will my order ship today?
A: 99% of orders approved before 2PM EST are shipped same-day. Many times orders submitted after this time also ship out same-day. It is always best to get your order in as early as possible since almost all online pharmacy services have an early afternoon cutoff no matter where you go.

Here at EZFioricet.com we will get your order out ASAP no matter what time it comes in, we do not have an actual "cutoff". Sometimes however due to problems with the customer's billing or contact information or more rarely other circumstances beyond our control the pharmacy is unable to ship an order on the day it is submitted. In these cases your order will ship the next business day UPSovernight for delivery the following day.

NEVER wait until the last minute, get your order in as early as possible to ensure same-day shipping.

Q: What can I do to help assure same-day shipment?
A: PLEASE BE REACHABLE! If there is any missing, incomplete, or incorrect information on your order we will attempt to contact you immediately so that we can correct any errors and still have your medication shipped out same-day. Be sure to ACCURATELY enter your DAYTIME phone number and an email address that you have access to during the day. If there are no issues with your order you will not be contacted, except with our standard email order updates.

Q: How does the online consultation work?

A: Online consultations provide a valid means for patients to receive treatment for a number of conditions that, in many circumstances, do not actually require a physical exam. The customer completes an SSL secure online questionnaire for the doctor's review. Once a prescription has been written, the pharmacy promptly fills and ships directly to your doorstep via overnight UPS or FedEx delivery service.

Q: How do I get my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number is always sent automatically via email at the time of shipment. Sometimes a package may not ship until as late as 7PM so always allow wait until after this time of the scheduled date of shipment before contacting customer support. Also be sure to check your junk/bulk mail folder just to be sure the email was not filtered out. If all else fails, contact us and we will send the tracking information right away.

A: Yes. When checking out, please be sure to enter the correct address of the UPS location where you would like your order to be held.

Q: How is my package shipped?

All packages are shipped are shipped via FedEx or UPS overnight. The final checkout screen will list available shipping options.

Q: What happens when I submit my order?

A: Your confidential order is encrypted and dispatched through a SSL secure order system to a licensed physician who will review the information you have submitted and approve or decline your request.

Most orders are approved same-day, within hours of ordering provided accurate billing and shipping information has been given. Once your order is approved, the physician will then write your prescription and it is then sent instantly to the pharmacy where it will be filled and then shipped.

Q: Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

A: Sorry, the pharmacies associated with our partner health network(s) cannot ship prescription medication to P.O. Boxes. If your card has a PO Box billing address enter it into the billing portion of the online order form and enter the shipping address separately and your medications will be sent there.

Q: Do I have to be at home when my order arrives?

A: An adult signature is required for all orders. If you will not be home, make sure there is an adult there to sign and receive your package or have the order shipped to your workplace or a friend or relative's house where someone will be available to sign for the package.

Q: Do you deliver to my state?

A: Credit card ordering is not available in AR, FL, KY, MO, NV, WV. Please choose C.O.D. if you live in one of these states.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: You may cancel your order before the order has been assigned a tracking number. If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been assigned a tracking number, you are easily able to do that by calling the toll-free number in your order confirmation email. You cannot cancel orders through email under any circumstances. If you need help canceling an order call the 617 number on our website.

Once it leaves the pharmacy
they cannot accept returns of prescription medication by law. Have confidence ordering, you will always receive the exact medication you order. If we are unable to provide you with the pills you request you will not be charged anything.

A: The pharmacy cannot refund or exchange prescription medications due to FDA regulations regarding drug tampering and public safety. There are heavy fines and penalties for violations of this kind. Q: Do you automatically re-bill my card?
A: Under no circumstances do we bill your card at anytime without your permission. We have heard many horror stories about other "competitors" which we cannot name here, but who frequently rebill customers' cards for large sums "by mistake". You will never have this problem at EZFioricet.com.

Your card is authorized at the time of purchase to verify that your payment method is valid but the funds are not captured until your order is actually shipped and you have been sent your tracking number. If you are trying to sign up for auto-billing we are not offering such an option at this time.

Q: What happens if the doctor does not approve my order?

A: If the doctor for any reason does not prescribe the medication you seek you will not be charged anything at all. No exceptions.

Q: How long until I can get my refill?

A: Depending on the quantity you order, you will have to wait between about 1 to 3 weeks. Your medication is always shipped overnight. As a courtesy, EZFioricet will notify you when you are able to get a refill and you will have an opportunity to reorder at a discount price. Contact us if you are not sure when you can get your Fioricet refill.

Q: Can I order over the phone?

A: It's always best to order securely through our website unless you do not have access to an internet-connected computer. Credit card orders must be placed online through this website. Phone COD ordering is also usually available between the hours of 10AM and 6PM Eastern. Order with COD for fastest processing.

Q: There was no answer at your phone number
A: This means all lines are busy or the office is closed. If calling during normal business hours try back in about 5 minutes or until a line is open and a representative will pick up in the order your call is received. We do not use automated phone systems, you can always reach a real person during normal business hours. If your order has already been processed you can also contact the processing center by calling the toll-free number in your confirmation email.

Q: How much can I order at one time?
A: The maximum that can be dispensed at one time is 90 tabs. Orders for more then this amount are voided and a new order must be submitted.

Q: What happens when I order on Friday?

Orders received and APPROVED before 2PM will ship out and be delivered the following Monday, again barring any unforeseeable delays at the pharmacy.

Orders that are NOT APPROVED or SHIPPED before the end of the business day FOR ANY REASON will ship out the following Monday overnight to be delivered on Tuesday.
